Made in response to market demand for an occasional product that would meet the requirements of the most demanding customers. It is produced in the result of natural alcoholic fermentation of honey wort (1 unit of honey + 2 units of water).
Perfect for wedding receptions, as a traditional, noble, Polish drink. It’s a great match for our culinary tradition and forms tasty compositions with Polish cuisine. In the past many thought it was also a great aphrodisiac, increasing the chances of quick conception. Hence the notion of “honeymoon”, when the bride and groom were advised to taste the honey drink.
