A well-rounded mead, prepared from nectarous honey with the addition of cherry juice and a selection of spices to create a harmonious combination of taste and aroma.

This type of mead is produced from honey mash created by mixing 1 part honey with 2 parts water.   It needs to mature for about 2 years. It contains 13% alcohol.
