Information about BRC

Our mead is unique in that it combines old-Polish recipes with the latest quality standards. In 2004, following many years of preparation, we successfully completed the implementation of ISO and HACCP systems.


After a certification audit, APIS was certified as ISO 9001:2001-compliant.


Product quality is imperative for us, so we are continuously improving our quality standards. We consider it crucial that our employees realise the great responsibility they have for the production processes they handle, and that they receive appropriate training to make sure that our customers are provided with safe and healthy products.


Now APIS applies a new food safety standard, BRC Issue 7, and all certifications and audits must satisfy its requirements.
