During the Culture Gala 700 years of Lublin the APIS Beekeeping Cooperative in Lublin was awarded a unique medal by the Mayor of Lublin

This honorary award for persons and companies that are especially merited to Lublin, for their input and engagement in the development of the City and merits for its Citizens. The medal was designed by Jolanta Słomianowska in form of a square with a 70 mm edge and 4-5 mm thickness, is embossed on both sides, silver plated and oxidized. Apart from the medal of Union of Lublin it is the highest and most prestigious award granted by the Mayor of Lublin.
