18 Nov APIS awarded the 2015 Employer of the Year award!
The APIS Apiculture Cooperative recognised at the Entrepreneurship Gala.
The annual “Employer of the Year” award is given by the Municipal Employment Office in Lublin. The judges choose laureates from among socially responsible businesses which have made major contributions to the improvement of the local labour market. This was the fifth time the title was awarded.
The “APIS” Beekeepers’ Cooperative won in the “Large and Medium-sized Companies” category. In addition, honourable mentions were received by the Medical University of Lublin and SPOŁEM Distro Sp. z o.o. Okręgowe Przedsiębiorstwo Geodezyjno-Kartograficzne w Lublinie Sp. z o. o. (OPGK) was chosen as the best employer among small and micro-companies, and distinctions in this category were received by the Lublin Centre for Small Animals (LCMZ) and SANIT Construction Dariusz Karbowniczek.
The Economic Award of the Mayor of Lublin is accompanied by the selection of winners in the Employer of the Year contest organised by the Municipal Employment Office. This year’s laureates were awarded on 28 October at the Lublin Castle during the Entrepreneurship Gala. It was the 9th time Mayor Krzysztof Żuk gave awards to local businesses. Main contest criteria included stable growth, good financial performance, transparent operation and contributions to the creation of a positive image of the Lublin Region in Poland and abroad.
